About the Presentation
Having a love, passion, and knowledge of astrological concepts are a great place to start – but they are not enough if you want to run your own (successful) consulting practice. You need other tools, exciting tools, that may spark new avenues of creativity and a passion for aspects of business you may not know you had!
Too many (well-meaning) people qualify in subjects they are passionate about, but no one ever teaches them how to turn their passion into a profession. In this talk, join Ryan Edmonds as he shares some simple but effective strategies in how to begin monetising your practice, and by doing so, help more people than ever before.
About the Speaker
Ryan Edmonds was raised in the oracular tradition, being trained in several magickal and divinatory arts from a young age. After studying psychology in 2010 he has worked full time in the fields of mental health and wellness as a suicide counsellor, journalist, writer, speaker and trainer.
Initiated as a traditional healer in Mpumalanga, Ryan is also an ordained minister of the Pagan faith, and is the principal of the Afrishanti School of Yoga, running teacher trainings and retreats in both India and South Africa.
He currently consults in a busy practice, working as a Wellness Counsellor, Tarot Reader, Astrological Consultant, and Traditional Healer, while still training and mentoring students of the mystical arts, teaching yoga classes, and running support groups. As of 2024 he has also launched South Africa’s first astrological podcast, and is currently in the process of opening an apothecary.
Ryan’s passion for business, healing, success, and esoteric study has led him to become proficient in understanding what is required to run a successful, full time consulting practice, and he is eager to share these tools with you!
