Tides and Turn Times
Wednesday morning 3 July, ((clear)) skies announce the mighty day of Jupiter and Moon’s rising with Alpha Taurus, Aldebaran, the big red eye of the Sky Bull. Mercury, just stepping into Leo, faces off with Pluto via fixed opposition @1*19’ for powerful words.
You can see Mercury setting above Pollux now. Procyon the little dog is to the left with Sirius the big dog left again. Find Leo’s Regulus and to the left or south, you see Hydra’s triangular head and the water serpent’s heart star, Alphard. Mercury’s next retrograde alchemy takes place on this star – to the minute – @26LEO35’ – between 21July and 4Sept.
I am already making so many eggs and they are not perfect like birds’, so have to concede that they are perhaps fish or snake eggs. The water serpent’s heart is not something humans are open to. Whatever is disapproved has to be rejected in human survival games, but not in the reptilian brain. Pure bios and instinct, Alpha Hydra is everything you don’t know you feel. Utmost self-awareness is going to be needed to realise snake does not only illicit violent fear, but also passion and the mystical, even religious, like William Blake or Bayo Akomolafe.

Sun in Cancer is going to be square the lunar nodes tomorrow, as the balsamic Moon prepares for her rebirth in the place of mother and child and the chariot that protects fertility and life. Sirius @13CANCER24’, the Nile Star that guards the doorway to another world is with Friday night’s new moon @14CANCER23. Also on Saturday, Moon and Venus meet for serious stuff @23CANCER51’ – on Saturn’s north node as Venus will be square to Chiron, which is often more painful than we ever could have imagined – or healing…
Juno in Virgo is opposite Saturn just retrograde in Pisces and so all ‘commitments’ still need time to get real. Saturn will be back in February 25. Nothing smooth here, but lots of water to dissolve jagged edges. Vlad Lenin said ‘there are decades when nothing happens and then there are weeks when decades happen.’ So much is changing warp-speed and getting stirred up, we can even make twisters and tornadoes here in SA now.
