Orietta grew up between Kenya and Italy.

She has 2 children.

She lives and works in Cape Town, where she manages a Creative Holistic Centre in Woodstock.

Her interest in astrology dates back to 1997.

In 2011 she decided to give structure to her studies by enrolling with the Faculty of Astrological Studies.

 In 2013 she also attended the intermediate course with The CPA ( Center of Psychological Astrology in London).

She passed her Certificate Exam with the Faculty in June 2013 and her Intermediate Certificate Interpretation Exam in 2017.

Currently, she is busy preparing for the Advanced Interpretation Exam.

She enjoys teaching people  how to read their own charts as a tool of self-understanding.
